1. The service

SY411 is a directory of businesses in Syria. We show business information as provided by owners or by our team and review it before publishing, but we can't guarantee every detail is accurate at all times.

2. Listings and edits

Every new listing and every change is reviewed by our team before it goes live. We may refuse or remove content that is misleading, unlawful, unrelated to the business, or otherwise breaks these terms.

3. Orders

Orders sent through SY411 go directly to the business on WhatsApp. Price, payment and delivery are agreed between the customer and the business only. SY411 is not a party to the sale and takes no commission.

4. Plans and payment

Plans are yearly and paid manually to our local team. When a plan ends, your data is kept and the page steps back down to a free listing. The “Verified” badge is never sold.

5. Liability

The service is provided as is. We are not responsible for dealings between customers and businesses.
